This time mbakE will share how to solve the problem if we can not print out our TOPIK certificate from website. The methods that I provide might be not completely effective to solve the problems but I hope these ways still could help you.
First thing you must aware is the version of Internet Explorer itself. On the first try, I tried to download the latest version of IE (version 11) on this official website and installed it. Then I tried to access TOPIK website and tried to check my exam score but what happened? It didn’t work. And I assume this browser blocked all add-on applications that TOPIK website needed to be installed.
So, I think it’s better to uninstall that latest version of IE and back to normal. After uninstall is completed, then try to find pre-installed Internet Explorer from Windows. Im using Windows 7 operation system and Internet Explorer 9. You can find it on Start Menu >> All programs. If you can not find that pre-installed program, then click Control Panel just on the right side from Start Menu. From Control Menu then click Programs

And then click sub-menu Turn Windows features on or off.
You will see all of pre-installed applications from Windows. You can manage by yourself whether you want that programs to be installed or not by removing or signing the checked mark. In this case, find the Internet Explorer and make sure it is checked.
Open that Internet Explorer from Start Menu and try to access TOPIK website again. Then try to check your score or view your certificate. I did not make any changes on browser setting and it worked successfully. But if still can not see your score or certificate, try this way. From browser try to find setting icon that located on the up-right side.Then choose Safety, and remove the checked mark on ActiveX Filtering option. Then restart your browser.
